Poor effort this time Cosyfeet
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the same day and was alarmed when only 1 pair arrived. 2 payments were shown as pending on my bank account. I contacted Cosyfeet via the chat line and was told they couldn't find the second pair and must have sold out!! They were ordered Saturday and this was Tuesday. When were you going to tell me if i hadn't spoken? I queried the fact that the payment stil showed on my bank account and they said it should be removed today. Here we are Wednesday and it hasn't. Poor effort this time Cosyfeet!! Happy with the pair I did receive.
Sent the wrong size and despite photos…
Sent the wrong size and despite photos will not admit it.
Say they are so good I could give them to someone as a gift! I don't know any size 9 ladies unfortunayely.
BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE
Discount failure
Pleease note this is not about the shoes as such but about the fact that on two separate occasions I have been issued a money off code and even though these were valid they have been denied.
One was in an email for, I believe, 10% off for a purchase of £60 +. I placed an item for £65 in the basket applied the code which was denied as they show the price and VAT separately. The other was an email and a card addressed to me and posted, both had different codes for 15% off but both were bounced as being invalid.
This is not a good way to conduct business if you expect people to buy your products, leaving a feeling of being taken for a ride.
Very good customer experience
Very good customer experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to contact. Good quality products with an excellent guarantee too. Thank you.
Can be a trip hazard! GIGI BLACK NUBUCK
Trip hazard! I ordered several pairs of shoes from Cosyfeet, and although I had to return one, I kept two. I wish I had returned another pair: GIGI BLACK NUBUCK. (See update below) When wearing these shoes, I have tripped up several times indoors at home and fell up the stairs (no harm done). I have tripped up several times outdoors, and today I tripped, fell and hit my head on the pavement. I’m a resilient old bird, so I got up and went on with my day. (Bruised and cut palms and a bruise on my temple.) The shoes are hard and the sole is just a bit too thick. Although comfy when just standing in them, I kept tripping and the fall today has meant they are destined for the bin. Update! Cosy Feet saw my review and will issue me a refund so I will buy from them with confidence in future.
First class service
Ordered yesterday and arrived first thing this morning, excellent customer service. At first glance a tad on the pricey side, but once I factored in the VAT exemption (my mother has dementia and lives in a care home), they are much the same as other retailers on the highstreet charge for 'standard' fit.
VERY poor customer service
I have been a happy user of your products for some time now due to the fact I have a problem with my left ankle which I broke very badly last year Recently I bought a new bath board and a pair of slippers from you costing £69.99. The items arrived and I’m very happy with them However when I checked my bank account on Monday I saw that the company had taken £69.99 out of my account PLUS 2 further payments of £32.50 and TODAY a further payment of £37.49. In effect taking the money twice. On telephoning your company I have had two extremely unpleasant conversations with a member of your staff who would not accept this has been done and hung up on me twice.
I was very angry and shaking after this experience. The payments are on my bank account and have been debited From my bank account.
The bottom line is the company have committed fraud taking money out of a customers bank account twice those are the facts - my bank account clearly shows you’ve done this. I have today reported your company to Barclays bank for fraud for taking money out of my account that you were not authorised to do.
Rather surprised to say the least at the complete unhelpful response by people who are employed by your company to help customers. I await to hear from you with some interest. Pity because the products you sell are very good. This has however put me off using a company that behaves in an untrustworthy manner.
Excellent Product and Service
I am no longer able to wear Clarks H fit shoes any more with comfort , so I ordered a pair of Stanley walking shoes online. They arrived very promptly and fit very well . Just the job for an elderly arthritic with a painful bunion. Quite expensive , but worth the money if they last well.
Incorrect partial refund
Placed two orders and returned them both, however only received partial refund. I worked out that they had kept the postage part of the cost which they are not allowed to do. Opened a Live Chat with them on their website and they stated that it had been a mistake. I don't believe this as lots of general consumers are not aware of the law surrounding refunds on online sales. Beware and do check that you receive a refund for the full amount when placing and returning orders.
Shoes Return
Ordered Sale prices shoes that were too wide/long had to be returned, not only was there a human at end of telephone it was answered promptly and lady was extremely helpful sorting out Royal Mail Collection of Shoe Box to be returned-only 60pence- and I was refunded Postage and Packing which I had not expected.10 out of 10 for Customer Service.

Excellent Customer Service
Bought two pairs of shoes from them, Andrew and Woody. Both fitted very comfortably - rare for me. Through no fault of theirs one of the pairs was not appropriate. They dealt with the issue very quickly and in a most satisfactory way. Real people at the end of telephone lines, and reliable customer service.
Excellent product and efficient…
Excellent product and efficient service.
Cosyfeet shoes are the only ones I can wear comfortably and I have always found both the shoes and the service using online ordering first class.
My only niggle is that they send me too many catalogues - the website is perfectly adequate!

Cosyfeet are excellant
Cosyfeet are excellant. I literally ordered a pair of slippers and a pair of shoes last night and they arrived this morning! Perfect fit for my mums swollen feet. Extra extra wide fittings and really great quality. Mum also get her reduction in price ( no VAT) due to being registered disabled. Will definetly order more from Cosyfeet.

Abysmal delivery, denial, denial denial.
... ...
As a long-time customer of Cosyfeet I'm a lot less than happy with how customers are treated on the phone
As an 80-yo, sheilding from Covid-19 and not able to answer my door, I made a special effort to install a secure, lockable parcel box outside my front door. It was clearly labelled on the delivery address label. And a parcel box does not only protect me from Covid-19. It also protects the delivery person.
Yet Cosyfeet's delivery subcontractor, Royal Mail, cannot be bothered to follow the instruction on the address label, demanding that I should break the lockdown by travelling several miles to collect from their local depot.
They should be ASHAMED.
And so should Cosyfeet who DENY, DENY & DENY any responsibility for their delivery sub-contractor.
The law is crystal clear. If a business accepts money for delivery, it is contractually responsible for delivery, no matter if it chooses to hire a subcontractor, - the Royal Mail.
So you say that "you are sorry that I am unhappy with ..."
However that isn't an apology for screwing up the delivery.
Nor have you made any effort at all to fix the problem caused by you and your incompetent delivery agent, nor have you made any apology for your behaviour on the phone. I note that your phone lines are recorded. However, your operator interrupted, shouted, and cut me off.
So in reality, you are not sorry at all.
Beware if purchasing for a relative
Beware if purchasing for a relative, they sent the order to the card address not the delivery address. Despite emails back and forth refuse to acknowledge their error.
